We believe every child deserves care built around them.

Therapy should fit into a child’s life, not pull them out of it. Children grow within families, routines, schools, and communities, and meaningful progress happens when care reflects that reality.

Our treatment approach centers on understanding the full picture and building care that feels intentional, sustainable, and supportive over time.

Thoughtful, family-centered care.

What makes Heartwise different?

Many therapy models focus on isolated goals. At Heartwise Support, we take a comprehensive approach that values collaboration, communication, and consistency.

Therapy plans are built around the child’s strengths and needs.

Ongoing collaboration with caregivers.

Shared goals across services and environments.

Support that evolves as the child grows.

One team. Multiple layers of care.

Families managing an autism diagnosis already have a lot to balance. Coordinating multiple therapy providers shouldn’t add to that burden.

Heartwise Support offers ABA therapy alongside occupational therapy, physical therapy, and mental health services for your child in Nebraska.

Coming soon to Utah.

Mental health services are also available for the entire family, offering support from a team that understands both the child and the broader family experience.

A team guided by care and collaboration.

Our clinicians and support staff work together to provide thoughtful, coordinated care. Families choose Heartwise Support because they want care that feels steady, responsive, and grounded.

Our outstanding team that makes the impossible possible with passion, love, and care.
